Performer Media Release & Consent Agreement · In collaboration with N.2 Productions

I authorize Le Pacifica Fashion Show and N.2 Productions (the “Organizers”) and their authorized photographers, videographers, and representatives to photograph, film, record, and document my participation in the event, including rehearsals, backstage activities where recording is permitted, runway appearances, and scheduled performances. This consent covers my image, likeness, stage name, voice, and recorded performance.
I grant the Organizers a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, distribute, publicly display, edit, and share authorized photographs and recordings of my participation for event-related promotion, marketing, press, websites, social media, printed materials, highlight reels, future fashion-show promotions, and archives. The Organizers may reasonably crop, resize, format, and edit this media without seeking further approval for each publication, but may not knowingly misrepresent or defame me.
This release does not transfer my ownership of original choreography, music, scripts, or other independently owned creative works; rights to use any such works must be secured separately as needed. It does not authorize unrelated product endorsements, merchandise using my likeness, or synthetic intimate imagery without separate express written consent.
The Organizers will make reasonable efforts to credit me when practical, but individual attribution cannot be guaranteed. Event media may be provided to participating designers, photographers, videographers, sponsors, media outlets, and promotional collaborators solely for event-related promotion, documentation, or coverage, subject to applicable rights and permissions.
No additional royalty or usage fee is owed for uses authorized by this release. This document does not establish the terms of any performance pay, reimbursement, or other services, which must be agreed upon separately. I understand that media already published or distributed may remain available indefinitely.
The Organizers will make reasonable efforts to portray performers respectfully. This authorization does not permit defamatory or knowingly misleading material, disclosure of private personal information, or uses beyond the scope described above. I release the Organizers from claims arising solely from uses expressly authorized by this agreement, to the extent permitted by law; I do not waive claims for conduct outside its scope.
By signing, I confirm I have read this agreement, understand its terms, and voluntarily consent to the recording and media uses described.
