Photography & Videography Media Release Agreement · Production: Le Pacifica Fashion Show in collaboration with N.2 Productions

I, the undersigned photographer/videographer (“Creator”), authorize Le Pacifica Fashion Show and N.2 Productions (“Organizers”) to use photographs, videos, and other visual media I create at the event. I grant the Organizers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, and use this media for event-related social media, marketing, advertisements, websites, print promotions, press and public relations, highlight reels, future fashion shows, and archives. Reasonable cropping, formatting, and editing are permitted provided the work is not materially misrepresented.
Creator retains copyright ownership of original photographs and footage. This agreement grants usage rights only; it does not transfer copyright. Organizers may share licensed media with event designers, models, sponsors, and promotional partners for event-related promotion, without granting those recipients independent commercial licensing rights.
Organizers will make reasonable efforts to credit Creator where practical, although individual credit may not be feasible in all formats.
Delivery date, method, and deliverables are recorded in the form below. RAW files or unedited footage are not required unless separately agreed in writing.
Payment and service obligations are governed by any separately agreed terms; this release alone does not create additional payment obligations.
Creator represents that they have authority to license the media they create. This agreement does not substitute for model, performer, attendee, music, or other third-party permissions. Organizers are responsible for securing permissions required for their intended uses.
By signing, Creator confirms they have read and understood this agreement, voluntarily grant the stated license, retain copyright, and understand no additional royalties are owed for authorized uses.
